Bookmark Getting Started for future reference on how to update CAR and ZipForms, to logging into SkySlope, and local association information. Your Local REALTOR® Association should be notified immediately of your office change, upon transfering to Excel. To ensure your membership has been properly updated, forms and association information can also be referenced on this page.
Your First Real Estate Transaction at Excel and TC Services
Once you have your first listing or transaction, whether listing or purchasing, contact [email protected] to schedule an appointment to help get you started with our process. All files are stored through our online transaction management system with SkySlope. Transactions need to be maintained within SkySlope throughout the listing or purchasing process. Listings need to be inputted in SkySlope within 3 days of of signed listing agreement. If you are in need of a Transaction Coordinator, contact [email protected] after getting started with Toshina.

Consistent marketing is a key to your success! Corefact is a powerful direct marketing and farming system that combines both electronic and traditional components that enable users to easily capture seller leads and develop customized campaigns using digital tools, flyers, email, postcards and unique printed material. Excel has teamed up with Corefact to provide custom branded templates offered directly on the ERM-Corefact site to help elevate your marketing for you and your clients. Office Extension
Excel provides each of our agents a complimentary office extension. Now, you have another phone number to give out to help sift through the multiple unsolicited marketing calls we receive weekly. Our business phone system has a dial by name directory to make it easy for clients to reach you. There is never a need to check your voicemail by phone – the system instantly sends you an email attachment with the audio wave file.
