Wes

Wes grew up in the East Bay (right off Treat Blvd in Concord).  Graduated college from Cal State Hayward (now CSUEB), with a major in Multimedia and Digital Graphics.  Played soccer my entire life, still do.  I am a team player, and I represent my clients like we’re trying to win.  Whether it is a seller getting top dollar, or buyers (often first time) trying to get an offer accepted against multiples.  I work with multiple parties during the transaction and close clean escrows.  Whether its a short sale, REO (foreclosure), trust sale, or normal equity sale, I love selling real estate.  I’m tech savvy, pride myself on being quick to respond, and work paperless via email for all transactions.
