Velma is a California native – born and raised in the East Bay. She is married and has three beautiful and grown children – a daughter and two sons. Back in 2003, she made the difficult-yet-easy decision to leave her IT career and get into Real Estate as she wanted to spend more quality time with her young children.
She has successfully been representing Sellers, Buyers, Investors, and Developers for almost 18 years. As a Real Estate Agent, she gets a sense of gratification and fulfillment when helping her Clients with their lifetime investment(s) and goal(s). Her enthusiasm, hard work, dedication, and personalization go into everything she does and feels that this is the most rewarding career. It allows her to be the caring person she is and to do what she truly enjoys… provides her the freedom of flexibility… lets her be in control of her financial stability and greatness… but the most important factor to her is being able to spend more family time together!
