What Can you Do?
You can do a onetime rental placement.
- Everything must in the owner’s name, NOT Excel Realty & Mortgage
- We cannot take in any checks (security deposits, monthly rental checks, credit report fees) for the owner, all checks must be written directly to the owners and delivered from the potential tenant to the owner. You are not allow to touch any of the tenants funds.
- All contracts must be written in the owners name, not Excel Realty.
- We cannot do any type of continued property management (one time rentals only).
- Agent is to execute a lease commission agreement (LCA) with the owner prior to engaging in activity
- The owner is to write a check for your commission to Excel Realty & Mortgage.
