Loan Processing Set-Up Position

Excel Realty & Mortgage is a large independent real estate and mortgage company. Our main corporate office located in Pleasanton. We have offices in Walnut Creek, Fremont, Roseville, and Orangevale. This position is for our Pleasanton office location.

  • Loan Processing Set-up (Loan Processing 1)

  • Job description:

    1. Receive and organize all documentation on new loan submissions

    2. Scan incoming documentation

    3. Follow-up with the Loan Officers on all missing items prior to submission

    4. Collect all proper fees for Lending disclosures

    5. Open escrow, Order appraisals

    6. Send out by-weekly status reports to the Loan Officers

    7. Send out weekly reports to lending managers

    8. Keep processing Loan pipeline up to date everyday

    9. Send out VOE, VOD’s

    10. Set up Docusign on 1003 disclosures for clients and LO’s

    11. Hopefully transition into a Loan Processor II

    12. Working in a team environment with our Sr. Processor


Qualifications:

Have ability to work with digital imaging/paperless environment
Have ability to work in a fast paced environment
Energetic and hungry to learn

Skills/Abilities:

* Energetic and a Can-do attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent mathematical and writing skills
* Knowledge of personal computers and applicable software

We are currently looking for someone on a part-time basis, but this is likely to turn into a full-time position very quickly for the right person. We are a great company to work with and we offer competitive salary and hourly packages.
