The biggest different between agents that do one or two transactions per year and agents that really Excel is FOCUS… Focus is so important in this highly independent business. So, if you want to really make more money start by sitting down and writing out your business plan/marketing plan. I don’t care if it is one paragraph or a 20 page document. Write it down or it won’t happen!
Start by being realistic… How much do you want to make in the next 12 months? How many deals do you have to complete to make that kind of money? How are you going to get the leads to get that many deals? Should you be farming, or paying for Zillow, or using social media to help your business?
