There are many disclosures that are required for each transaction. It is imperative that we have these for every file. This is to protect all parties. When representing the buyer, the reports (other than for inspections, should the buyer choose) and extremely important disclosures to review early on, if available are:
- Property Profile and Preliminary Title Reports
- City Local Ordinances and Disclosures
- Home Owner Association Documents Package, if applicable
- Natural Hazard Zone Disclosure Statement
- C.A.R. SPQ – Seller Property Questionnaire
- C.A.R. TDS – Transfer Disclosure Statement
- C.A.R. AVID – Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure, Listing Agent
