Kathy

Kathy has enjoyed living in the Bay Area with her family for the last 26 years.

Kathy has a Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering.  She then received her Mortgage and Real Estate Sales Person License since 1991.  She helped train many agents throughout her carrier.

Kathy has always had an interest in finance and in helping people.  Her business has been based on honesty.  She tries to anticipate and avoid surprises.  She is upfront from the beginning.  She communicates with her clients and goes out of her way to try to deliver what she promises.  She strives to make the finance process as quick and pleasant as possible.  Kathy is involved with every step of loan process to assure a successful, smooth close for her clients.  Her success is based on referrals and repeat clients.
