Jennifer Stahl is a California licensed Realtor with almost two decades of experience in both the Real Estate Marketplace and the Property Development Industries, having built close ties with owners and builders of high end residential communities throughout the Bay Area.    Her past work includes the development and management of San Francisco’s very first “Live/Work” loft apartments among dozens of other properties and communities.

Jennifer has earned a reputation as the leading authority on home finding assistance, settling-in services, as well as comprehensive ‘Destination Services’ throughout California.   In addition to working with corporate clients, she has continually dedicated to assist lower income residents and has managed several below market programs which offer housing for low and moderate income households.    Her perseverance at maintaining strategic residential programs as well as corporate level branding campaigns has gained her a vast understanding of all aspects of the housing industry from the inside out.

Building on her success in the residential marketplace, she now handles all aspects of corporate relocations for a vast portfolio of Fortune 500 companies in both the Northern and Southern California regions.    Over the past fifteen years, she has proudly worked with over 5,000 transferees and 620 unique corporations.   Her passion, mission, and stead fast goal is to always improve, advance, and continue to build on today’s success to provide better tomorrows for all her clients.
