Ed has been practicing Real Estate in the Bay Area since 1989. Working for Pacific Union Real Estate, Prudential and recently J. Rockcliff Realty in Danville.  Ed also worked, in Reno Nevada, as a New Homes Sales Rep selling Hi Rise Condos and Ranchets’. Ed is also very experienced in Short Sales, as well as working with investors in finding a great rental property or helping them find a homes to Flip. Ed owned his own company before getting into Real Estate, and before that he worked for Xerox Corporation as a Service Manager, and with Western Airlines as a Mechanic. Ed also is a Disabled Army Vietnam Veteran, and served with the First Air Cavalry. Ed Graduated from Cal State University Hayward with a degree in Sociology and attended MBA Courses at St. Mary’s College in Moraga. Ed now lives with his wife Jackie, for 47 wonderful years, and their two Norwich Terriers, in Alamo CA. Ed’s unique background offers unparalleled professional services to his clients, be they Buyers, Sellers or Investors. Ed offers 120% personal attention and handles all of the details related to your transaction. Ed primarily helps and services clients in the Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. He does however list properties in the Napa, Solano and Sonoma Counties.

Ed helps clients in providing the necessary tools to present a sellable product. He coordinates with reputable, licensed contractors, interior decorators and landscapers to help sellers prepare their property in order to obtain maximum returns. Ed is a member of the Local Board of Realtors, California Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. With his affiliation with the Board of Realtors he can search for Real Estate properties in most of the Northern and Central California Counties. Ed is also able to help Spanish Speaking Buyers and Sellers, since he is Fluent in Speaking Spanish.
