A broker demand is one of the initial documents to be submitted within 3 days of an accepted offer. Once complete, email to Shalen(at)ERMrealty(dotted)com. This should not be a last minute thing. Shalen will cc you on the email she sends to the title company. It is your responsibility to open the PDF of the broker demand and confirm it is correct.
