Xar is an experienced Real Estate Broker and a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Excel Realty and Mortgage.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with focus in Real Estate Management, from California State University, Hayward.  She is a California Department of Real Estate, Licensed Broker and Realtor, and is also licensed through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.  She currently practices Real Estate and Mortgage Lending in the San Francisco, Bay Area.

Xar’s goal in helping her clients is to treat them like family.  There are a lot of choices and options when buying or refinancing a home, and it can be overwhelming and confusing.  She helps her clients by presenting them options, and then explaining the pros and cons of each option.  After consulting her clients on their goals, she then recommends the best option, and guides them through the process of buying or refinancing a home.

Xar’s believes that her extensive knowledge of Real Estate and Mortgage Lending, gives her the upper hand when negotiating the best deals for her client.  This shows in her achievements.  She has been awarded the President’s Club from the Bay East Association of Realtors; One of the Top Producers at Excel Realty and Mortgage; and Top Performer in the other mortgage and Real Estate companies.
