Hi, my name is Rich Langevin, my wife, Carol Langevin and I work as a team in this ever changing, challenging, wonderful industry called Real Estate. I have been in the real estate industry since October of 2007.  Carol and I have been married since 1976 and both live in the city of Fremont.
