I have lived in the East Bay communities of Pleasanton and Fremont for over 40 years and am familiar with these areas as well as the greater Bay Area.  I was a Fremont teacher for 37 years in secondary education, in 1980 I pursued my second passion in real estate.  My hardworking attitude, sincerity and tenacity have served me well in negotiations and I have received many referrals from my satisfied clients.  My education includes Elementary and Secondary teaching credentials, Bachelor and Masters Degree and extensive education in real estate.  As a retired teacher, I now have the opportunity to expand my clientele and treat each of my clients as VIPs.  My association with Excel Realty provides mortgage brokers who may assist me in financial transactions.  I choose Excel Realty because of its downtown Pleasanton location and its small hometown feel coupled with efficiency and excellent customer service.
