While a Computer Engineer by education, personal  finance has always been my passion. Any real-estate or loan decision must be made in overall context of various factors – personal finance, family plans,  personal preferences and professional situation. I am different from most others because I do not see my task to get you to a quick decision but rather a duty to point out the negatives. Beyond that – once positives and negatives are identified – my task is to quantify the negatives and positives and make sure you make a informed and mathematical decision. In short, my job is not only to help you with the transaction but also to guide you to make the best decision and to represent you to get the best value for your hard-earned investment dollars.
