Hi, my name is Carol Langevin, my husband, Rich Langevin and I work as a team in this ever changing, challenging, wonderful industry called Real Estate. I have been in the real estate industry since July of 1996. Previous to working in Real Estate, I work for the Fremont Unified School District. Rich joined me in the business in October of 2007.  Rich and I have been married since 1976 and both live in the city of Fremont.
Rich and I are dedicated to insuring a job well done.  We have a referral based business and work as a team to bring our clients the best, hassle free transaction they will ever experience.
