A request for a Broker Demand to be issued is not needed. Within 7 days before the closing date a Broker Demand will automatically be sent to the Title Company based on the transaction details in SkySlope. It is imperative that your transaction in SkySlope has the most up to date information. We complete the Broker Demand using the information that you have inputted into Skyslope, so make sure it is correct. For any further questions, contact [email protected].
This should not be a last minute thing. Ashli will include you on the email she sends to the Title Company. It is your responsibility to open and view the PDF file of the Broker Demand to confirm it is correct.
